IT Supervisor

The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department ensuring the effective functioning of IT systems providing technical support and leading a team of IT professionals. This role includes managing IT infrastructure coordinating support services maintaining system security and implementing IT projects that align with organizational goals.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the IT team
- Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems including hardware software networks and servers
- Oversee installation configuration and maintenance of IT equipment
- Provide second and third-level technical support
- Manage user accounts access permissions and data backups
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
المؤهلات
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network/system administration
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferably in hospitality
