• AI-generated content (cover letters, etc.) should be reviewed and customized by you

6. Employers

As an employer, you agree that:

• All job postings are for legitimate positions
• Job descriptions are accurate and not misleading
• You will not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• You will comply with all applicable employment laws
• You will handle applicant data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws
• You have the authority to post jobs on behalf of your organization

7. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate content such as cover letters, interview questions, and job recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or may not be suitable for all situations. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Tawdhef is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Tawdhef platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Tawdhef and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tawdhef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find employment through our platform, that employers will receive qualified applicants, or that our AI features will be error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or job seekers on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tawdhef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
