Role Summary: We are looking for an Account Manager - Local Shops to join our team in Bahrain. You will be responsible for developing the business through vendors in-person and maintaining long-term relationships. What's On Your Plate? Develop, optimize & grow a portfolio of accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure correct assortment, pricing, and service quality. Monitor vendor relationships. Ensure category growth and right product assortment. Maintain continuous business relationships with Vendors. Optimize vendor content. Renegotiate commission rates. Advertisement sales. Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

- Develop, optimize & grow a portfolio of accounts through business reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure correct assortment and pricing
- Monitor vendor relationships to ensure consistent service levels
- Maintain continuous business relationships with vendors via in-person visits
- Provide support to resolve operational issues between vendors and company
- Optimize vendor content including delivery time
- Renegotiate commission rates with existing contacts
- Acquire and maintain advertisement sales
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience holding the same title or relevant
