Finishing Engineer

The Finishing Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the quality execution of interior finishing works on fit-out projects. This includes managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with drawings.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and monitor all interior finishing works
- Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings
- Coordinate daily activities with site engineers and subcontractors
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve site issues
- Prepare and follow up on inspection requests and snag lists
- Assist in project handover and close-out documentation
المؤهلات
- 5 Years of UAE Experience specially in Fitout / Construction
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works
