Kids Club Manager - Fairmont The Red Sea

Overseeing daily operations of the children's recreational facility. Responsible for a safe, fun, and educational environment for young guests.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals
- Develop and implement engaging activities for children
- Ensure adherence to health and child protection protocols
- Manage the Kids Club budget
- Maintain records for attendance and incidents
- Conduct regular staff training sessions
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3 years of experience in childcare
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must
