Senior HR Manager

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for a growing engineering company with operations in Lebanon and West Africa. The role includes organizational development, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance across multicultural teams.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead recruitment campaigns for Lebanon and Africa-based roles
- Oversee performance evaluations, KPIs, and staff development plans
- Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law and African project labor rules
- Build company culture and support leadership with workforce planning
- Prepare HR reports and advise senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
