Legal & GRC Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised Legal & GRC Administrator to provide administrative and executive support across Legal and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) departments. The role ensures smooth operations while supporting statutory and regulatory obligations.
المسؤوليات
- Manage complex calendars for VPs
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications
- Prepare correspondence, executive summaries, and memos
- Assist with statutory filings and regulatory submissions in UAE
- Maintain corporate records and PoA logs
- Liaise with internal departments and external law firms/regulators
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role
