We are seeking a highly organised Legal & GRC Administrator to provide administrative and executive support across Legal and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) departments. The role ensures smooth operations while supporting statutory and regulatory obligations.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage complex calendars for VPs
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and visa applications
  • Prepare correspondence, executive summaries, and memos
  • Assist with statutory filings and regulatory submissions in UAE
  • Maintain corporate records and PoA logs
  • Liaise with internal departments and external law firms/regulators

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Governance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role
