Ensure that all Project Cost Control related activities are carried out in accordance with Company policies and Procedures. Analyze existing budgets and making improvements, verification, reviewing plans, and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with Clients/Contractors, as well as building relationships with Clients and other stakeholders.

- Develop systems and procedures for Cost Control Function
- Monitor project total expenditure
- Scrutinize workforce and material cost
- Manage changes in project SOW and revised budgets
- Prepare project invoices and follow up on payments
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- CCP / PMP Certificate preferable
- Minimum 9-12 years’ experience in relevant industry
