Wellbeing Associate - Riyadh

Concentrix is hiring an Onsite Wellbeing Counsellor to provide mental health support to content moderation teams. You will deliver one-to-one counselling using CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-based therapies, assess cases for trauma related to graphic content exposure, and design group sessions to improve resilience and healthy coping strategies. This role supports individuals working in Trust & Safety.
المسؤوليات
- Deliver one to one onsite counselling sessions using CBT, ACT and MBT.
- Develop resilience plans for maintaining employee health and wellbeing.
- Deliver onsite group and peer support sessions aimed at building resilience.
- Facilitate creative therapy and mindfulness-based activities.
- Assess cases for trauma related to exposure to graphic content.
- Manage confidential case records and reports safely.
- Deliver psychometric assessments and review data for trends.
- Communicate with clinical leadership regarding observations and risks.
- Attend monthly peer support sessions.
المؤهلات
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy.
- Current unrestricted license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wellbeing or psychotherapy field.
- Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling.
- Proven experience designing and delivering mental health training and workshops.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic.
- English B1 level minimum.
