Senior Sales Engineer - HVAC equipment

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling DX (Direct Expansion) and VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems in UAE market. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for DX and VRF product lines within the target market (contractors, consultants, and developers). Technical Sales: Act as a technical advisor to clients. Bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial solutions. Application & Selection: Review project specifications, Liasoning with consultant, clinet, contractor technically to provide optimized selections of HVAC equipment (DX/VRF) based on technical parameters. Design review: Shall have ability to review consultant design, read equipment layouts and give techno commercially best proposal. Proposal Management: Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial offers (quotations) in line with client requirements. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors to get our brands specified in early project stages. Achieving sales Target : Shall have proven record of achieving Sales target and able to monitor weekly progress / follow up with customers.
