As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the therapy area business plans to achieve the key performance indicators of the business line by leading your team and coordinating with the cross-functional teams.

- Guide different territories planning using market insights and data analytics
- Set individuals key performance indicators
- Implement innovative approaches to territory management
- Identify and nurture relationships with the key stakeholders
- Effective implementation of best-practice negotiation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies & regulatory requirements
- Identify team members strengths and provide effective coaching
- Ability to travel up to 50% of time
المؤهلات
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy or a medical degree
- At least seven years in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry, three of them in a sales management position
- Experience in Rare Diseases is a definite plus
- Valid Saudi Commission For Health Specialties License
- Valid Driving License
- Strong command of English language
