A live communications agency is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, create and maintain a pleasant work environment.
المسؤوليات
- Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Create PowerPoint slides and make presentations
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
