The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for proactively generating and qualifying outbound leads, initiating first contact with prospective clients, and booking high quality demo meetings for the Business Development Consultants (BDC). This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline creation through a consultative, data driven sales approach. The SDR plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying decision makers, uncovering business pain points, and ensuring only qualified opportunities progress to the sales stage.

  • Proactively source and generate outbound leads through cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and financial needs
  • Identify and engage key decision makers such as founders and finance managers
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ bookkeeping and tax compliance challenges
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria including business size, budget, and need
  • Execute a high volume of daily outbound calls and follow ups
  • Schedule qualified demo meetings for the BDC team
  • Accurately update and maintain prospect data in HubSpot CRM

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills
  • Confidence handling objections and initiating conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Experience in FinTech, Accounting, or ERP software is a strong advantage
