Monitor project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity, cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards). Apply project management best practices to bring projects to successful completion. Prepare and present project management artefacts. Provide administrational support for setup & preparation of meetings incl. results documentation. Prepare (raw) data for reporting purposes, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reporting and executive summaries based on project needs. Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members. Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members. Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to meet customers’ expectations.

المؤهلات
- Degree in Project Management/Business Administration/IT Service Management or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a project management or consulting environment
- Project management or consulting experience, including on project steering and governance (agile and classic methodologies)
- Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Experience in reporting (tools, processes, templates)
- Excellent spoken and written English
