Payroll Specialist

To coordinate and support payroll operations by ensuring accurate data processing, timely payroll execution, and compliance with labor regulations while maintaining effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare, review, and process monthly payroll data
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance and overtime
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Handle payroll adjustments and corrections
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors
- Support payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Ensure timely processing of employee payments and bank files
المؤهلات
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance
- Hands-on experience using the Menaitech system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
