Responsible for support, coordination, and enhancement of Odoo ERP system. Focuses on issue resolution and gathering requirements for various entities across the group.

- Provide functional support for Odoo ERP
- Handle daily system issues and troubleshooting
- Support other systems (HR, POS, CRM)
- Gather and document business requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and developers
- Support reporting and data extraction
- Prepare user guides and documentation
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP support
