We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Technician to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will oversee laboratory operations, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and lead a team of technicians to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our state-of-the-art facility. Duties: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of laboratory technicians; Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements; Oversee the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment; Implement and maintain quality control procedures; Analyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports for management; Collaborate with other departments to optimize laboratory processes; Train and mentor junior laboratory staff; Manage inventory and coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment; Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions; Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

المؤهلات
- Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a lab technician
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and data analysis techniques
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA)
