The Investor Relations and Investment Manager leads investor relations and investment activities to enhance the company’s image among shareholders and financial markets.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy.
- Manage relationships with shareholders, investors, and analysts.
- Ensure full compliance with CMA and Tadawul disclosure requirements.
- Prepare annual and quarterly reports and presentations.
- Identify and evaluate recommended investment and growth opportunities.
- Lead financial modeling and feasibility studies for investment decisions.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–12 years of experience in finance, investment, or investor relations.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience within publicly listed companies.
- Comprehensive understanding of CMA regulations and Tadawul disclosure requirements.
