Loss & Prevention Manager

Nejoud Restaurant Management Company is looking for a Loss & Prevention Manager to minimize and mitigate financial losses related to theft, accidents, and other risks. The role involves overseeing CCTV systems, conducting audits, and managing SOP compliance across multi-site environments in the GCC.
المسؤوليات
- Minimize financial losses related to theft, accidents, and fraud
- Develop programs to detect safety issues and security violations
- Lead investigations into theft and inventory discrepancies
- Manage installation and monitoring of CCTV systems
- Oversee cash handling and inventory control audits
- Establish loss prevention policies and procedures
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of SOPs across all departments
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
- Lead a team of security, compliance, and loss prevention staff
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in loss prevention
- 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in food and beverage or retail industries
- Hands-on experience in multi-site environments (GCC region)
- Ability to travel frequently across Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and KSA
