The Accounting Manager – F&B is responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and cost control for food & beverage operations. This role ensures accurate financial records, tight control over food and beverage costs, inventory integrity, and full utilization of Foodics ERP to protect margins and support operational decisions.
المسؤوليات
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly closing for F&B operations
- Monitor and control Food Cost %, Beverage Cost %, and Gross Margin
- Review recipes, BOMs, and yield assumptions inside Foodics
- Oversee inventory management for raw materials and packaging
- Act as Finance Owner of the Foodics ERP system
- Control daily sales reconciliation
- Ensure accurate VAT calculation and reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CMA / CPA / ACCA) is a plus
- 8–12 years of experience, with minimum 3–5 years in F&B or hospitality
- Hands-on experience with Foodics ERP is mandatory
