Asas Althbat is hiring a driven Real Estate Sales Agent to manage clients and close property deals professionally. You will handle the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and property presentations to negotiation, contract coordination, and handover—while maintaining a strong pipeline and achieving monthly targets.
المسؤوليات
- Receive and qualify real estate leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, portals)
- Present properties/units, explain features, pricing, and payment plans clearly
- Schedule and conduct site visits and client meetings
- Negotiate within approved limits and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM updates
- Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts
المؤهلات
- 1–3+ years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Arabic fluency required; English is a plus
