BBS (Behavioral Based Safety) Supervisor

The BBS Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program within the organization. This role focuses on promoting safe work practices by observing employee behaviors, providing feedback, and driving safety culture improvements.

- Develop and implement the BBS program
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees
- Maintain accurate records of observations and feedback
- Organize and lead safety campaigns
- Communicate safety performance and BBS program updates
- Conduct regular observations of employee behaviors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety-related role
- IOSH, NEBOSH, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred
