ADNOC Schools is currently seeking high-performing Social Studies Teachers for an August 2026 start. The current vacancy is based in ADNOC School Madinat Zayed Campus, Al Dhafra Western Region, Abu Dhabi. ADNOC Schools are Massachusetts State Curriculum schools. Graduates receive the US High School Diploma. The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.
المسؤوليات
- Creating a climate for learning that is conducive for outstanding practice
- Identifying clear teaching and learning objectives
- Setting tasks that challenge students and ensure high levels of interest
- Identifying SEN or very able students and ensuring their needs are met through differentiation
- Making effective use of assessment for learning
- Maintaining discipline in accordance with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy
- Mark students work at least once every two weeks and set targets for progress
- Prepare and present informative reports to parents
المؤهلات
- Bachelors in Social Studies, History or a bachelor’s degree in a related subject
- PGCE or other teacher qualification
- Minimum of 2-year teaching experience in the related field
- Experience with students for whom English is an additional language
- Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services or Police check
