Services Sales Manager

SAP is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to accelerate cloud revenue growth and deepen customer impact across a portfolio of strategic, named accounts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping customer transformation journeys and positioning SAP’s cloud portfolio to deliver measurable, long-term business value. You will own the end-to-end customer strategy—driving adoption, expansion, and success—while leading high-impact engagements in complex enterprise environments.

- Develop and execute customer-centric account strategies aligned to clients’ business priorities
- Drive cloud revenue growth through renewals, retention, upsell, and expansion opportunities
- Build and sustain C-level and senior executive relationships
- Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and value realization
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (pre-sales, customer success, services)
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members
المؤهلات
- 10–15 years of proven success in enterprise B2B and/or cloud software sales
- Prior experience in people management and sales leadership
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, subscription models, and customer value realization
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and engage senior executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
