Lead risk‑based audits across the people lifecycle—workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits, time and attendance, performance and rewards, learning, employee relations, incentive calculations, and offboarding.

  • Plan and deliver HR audits end‑to‑end
  • Review recruitment and onboarding approvals
  • Test payroll and benefits controls
  • Audit employee relations processes
  • Use analytics (Excel/Sheets/BI) for full‑population tests

المؤهلات

  • 5 to 6 years in internal audit or HR controls/operations
  • CA / CIA or in progress preferred
