Customer Service Specialist

Reva Group is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join their remote team. You will handle email-based support tickets, assist with subscription management, and resolve inquiries regarding refunds and cancellations for international brands.
المسؤوليات
- Handle support tickets via Zendesk
- Assist users with subscription cancellations and refund requests
- Use internal tools for payment and subscription management
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
المؤهلات
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support tools
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work Danish business hours (09:00-17:00 GMT+2)
