People Development Manager

We are looking for a strategic Head of People Development to lead talent management and performance processes, including setting OKRs, managing evaluations, and aligning employee goals with organizational objectives. Oversees training and development initiatives.

  • Developing a comprehensive strategy for talent management
  • Developing clear policies and procedures for talent management
  • Managing the performance evaluation process
  • Identifying objective key results (OKRs) and monitoring achievement
  • Providing programs to improve performance and develop employee skills
  • Creating tailored training and development programs
  • Preparing regular reports for senior management

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5+ Years of Relevant Experience in People Development
  • Proven experience in performance management and OKRs design
  • Experience in succession planning and employee engagement
