We are looking for a strategic Head of People Development to lead talent management and performance processes, including setting OKRs, managing evaluations, and aligning employee goals with organizational objectives. Oversees training and development initiatives.

- Developing a comprehensive strategy for talent management
- Developing clear policies and procedures for talent management
- Managing the performance evaluation process
- Identifying objective key results (OKRs) and monitoring achievement
- Providing programs to improve performance and develop employee skills
- Creating tailored training and development programs
- Preparing regular reports for senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5+ Years of Relevant Experience in People Development
- Proven experience in performance management and OKRs design
- Experience in succession planning and employee engagement
