Experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing, cross-functional teams working on enterprise-level platforms and products. This is a freelance / contract, hybrid role supporting delivery teams working on high-impact initiatives.
المسؤوليات
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices
- Remove impediments and blockers impacting delivery
- Track team performance metrics like velocity and burndown
- Identify delivery risks and mitigate them
- Ensure transparency across engineering and business stakeholders
المؤهلات
- At least 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Experience supporting engineering-led teams (software, data, or AI)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus
