- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and personnel files
- Manage and monitor employee leave and vacation balances
- Process and verify leave requests
- Maintain data across HR information systems and spreadsheets
- Track and coordinate performance evaluation processes
- Collaborate with department heads for performance reviews
- Organize and schedule internal training programs and HR events
- Monitor and analyze attendance data across international office locations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR operations or administration
