As a Reservations & Communications Agent, you will answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, handle and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and manage guest communications across various platforms.
المسؤوليات
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Handle and convert inquiries for rooms, spa, and restaurants
- Manage reservations and guest communications email inboxes
- Run daily reports and distribute to relevant departments
- Process messages and wake-up calls
- Handle guest concerns and complaints
- Contact guests prior to arrival for preferences
المؤهلات
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Luxury hospitality environment experience preferred
