At Q: We run 150+ pickers per shift. Our operational target is 20,000+ orders per day. Pressure is high, daily, and continuous. One bad decision can immediately impact thousands of customers. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, who can control large teams, and build a fulfillment operation that does not collapse as volume grows.
Your mission: Orders keep moving — no excuses. Accuracy does not collapse under pressure. Teams stay fast, disciplined, and focused. Performance is sustained every day, not just during peaks.

- Lead 100–150+ fulfillment staff per shift.
- Manage thousands of orders flowing simultaneously.
- Make real-time decisions under intense operational pressure.
- Prevent bottlenecks before they turn into operational failures.
- Lead large-scale Pick & Pack operations.
- Distribute work dynamically as volume changes.
- Balance speed vs accuracy at high throughput.
- Re-organize workflows mid-shift when things break.
- Build and rely on strong sub-supervisors.
- Train teams while operations are live.
- Enforce discipline without breaking morale.
- Protect overall team performance as pressure increases.
