In this role, you’ll bring BYD’s purpose to life on the ground, turning curiosity into real understanding, guiding & educating customers through their first EV journey, and shaping the way they experience our brand. Every interaction you create contributes directly to BYD’s promise of “Technological Innovations for a Better Life."

- Elevate every customer interaction into a premium journey
- Guide customers through EV tech walkthroughs and test drives
- Drive sales through storytelling and proactive engagement
- Curate the in-store environment
- Stay ahead of the EV landscape with deep product knowledge
- Support key events, activations, and handovers
المؤهلات
- Proven sales or CX experience (ideally 2+ years in mid-luxury retail, hospitality, F&B)
- Valid UAE driving license
