Establish and manage a microfinance loan portfolio of the highest value and quality, ensuring full compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures to achieve branch and sector objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Actively market microfinance products to target customers
- Conduct thorough background checks on prospective clients
- Participate in the loan approval decision
- Perform continuous follow-ups with existing customers
- Collect dues from delinquent clients
- Maintain and archive all documents and files related to the financing portfolio
المؤهلات
- 1 – 5 Years of Experience in Micro Finance / Sales
- Bachelor's degree
