Oversee daily administrative operations of the new office in Riyadh. Responsible for maintaining an efficient work environment, managing resources, and supporting staff. Provide leadership and administrative support. Manage sensitive and confidential business information. Coordinate tasks such as scheduling, office supplies, and record-keeping. Management of employment contracts through online portal. Maintenance of employee visas/work permits. Monthly payroll process management in coordination with HR and Finance. Point of contact for vendors and building management. Manage office budgets and petty cash. Assist with onboarding and workstation setup.

المؤهلات
