Customer Service Representative

Petriotics is a fast-growing pet e-commerce company in Lebanon, known for premium products, fast delivery, and exceptional customer care. We’re looking for friendly, organized, and pet-loving Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will help customers choose products, handle orders/exchanges, and manage inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
المسؤوليات
- Help customers choose the best products for their pets based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Place orders on behalf of customers and handle exchanges or refunds
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Coordinate with the operations team on deliveries and urgent orders
- Contact suppliers for out-of-stock products
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Respond to social media comments and direct messages
- Assist walk-in customers with pickups and occasional loading assistance
- Handle cash for pickup orders and ensure accurate transactions
- Log customer feedback and requests in internal systems
