We’re looking for a Retail Executive to be the face of our branch operations — someone who can deliver outstanding service, manage front-line customer interactions, and support day-to-day logistics activities.

- Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers
- Handle shipment processing, billing, and daily reports
- Coordinate with operations for pick-up and delivery
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues
- Maintain accurate records
المؤهلات
- Arab nationality is required
- 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or logistics
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
