As part of the global Field Services team, you as a Field Service Engineer will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the fleet of vehicles in the EMEA region, especially in the UAE. You are TractEasy’s face to our customers, keeping our autonomous vehicles in operations and our customer satisfaction on highest levels.

المسؤوليات

  • Coordinating and performing the deployment and entry into service of autonomous vehicles
  • Managing the vehicle’s commissioning process
  • Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance interventions
  • Delivering basic and advanced training sessions
  • Providing remote assistance to customers
  • Reporting of risks, issues and variations in project scope

المؤهلات

  • Technician/Bachelor Degree in the Automotive or Robotic or similar field
  • At least 3 years of experience as technician or engineer in the automotive or robotic industries
  • Valid vehicle driving license
