We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our premium-tier customers. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption, and helping them maximize the value of our platform.

المسؤوليات

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium customers
  • Conduct strategy sessions to guide customers
  • Analyze usage data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Support customers through renewal and expansion cycles

المؤهلات

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, community management, or working directly with creators
  • Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience driving adoption, retention, and growth
