This dual-role requires a professional who can manage a growing portfolio of holiday homes while actively driving sales and acquisitions within the secondary real estate market. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining service excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance (DTCM, RERA), and growing our revenue through both rentals and resale property transactions.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the daily operations of the short-term rental portfolio, ensuring 5-star guest experiences and high occupancy rates
- Set up new holiday home units, including furnishing, DTCM registration, and platform integration (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams
- Ensure full compliance with DTCM holiday home regulations and tourism licensing
- Source, list, and sell secondary market properties across Dubai and wider UAE
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process from start to finish
- Conduct market analysis and property valuations to advise investors and end-users
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and agencies
- Stay updated on UAE property laws, trends, and off-plan vs resale investment opportunities
