As a People Lead at Unifonic, you will own all people-related operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality people practices across the company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build strong people foundations that support growth, performance, and a positive employee experience.
المسؤوليات
- Leading daily people operations across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and remote teams
- Owning the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions
- Managing HR systems (HRIS) and executing payroll and compensation processes
- Maintaining HR policies aligned with labor laws and business needs
- Driving continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency
- Owning and executing performance management cycles
- Supporting employee relations matters with a people-first approach
- Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and team scaling decisions
- Using people data and insights to identify trends and risks
المؤهلات
- 8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations within tech or high-growth environments
- 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Solid knowledge of Middle East labor laws, especially Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in Arabic and English
