Warehouse Manager
وصف الوظيفة
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations (inbound, inventory, outbound) ensuring smooth coordination across eCommerce, HORECA, retail, wholesale, and export channels.
المسؤوليات
- Implement SOPs and drive operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse facilities including temperature-controlled storage
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and food safety (HACCP, ISO)
- Lead and develop warehouse team members
- Oversee inbound operations: receipt, inspection, and storage
- Manage inventory control: FIFO/FEFO, cycle counts, and expiry monitoring
- Oversee outbound operations: picking, packing, and dispatch
- Plan warehouse capacity and automation opportunities
- Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and performance
- Track and improve KPIs: accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of warehouse management experience in food distribution or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20+ employees
