Senior Associate Consultant

The HR Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in the design and implementation of a broad range of HR related solutions and will play a key role in the identification, development and closure of sales opportunities. The position manages consulting projects as part of the Human Capital Solutions team within Aon.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and deliver high quality, bespoke and effective solutions in rewards and grading
- Design and draft presentations for Remuneration Committee and Board stakeholders
- Arrange and deliver workshops or public speaking sessions
- Develop project plans and manage projects independently
- Manage and lead junior team members
- Proactively develop relationships to identify sales opportunities
- Manage the request for proposal (RFP) process
المؤهلات
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Human Resource
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in consulting in the human resources field
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Arabic speaker is preferred
