We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import and Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, operations, logistics, and accounts coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the import process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

المسؤوليات

  • Coordinate and monitor the import process, ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Supervise deliveries from Bahrain, ensuring compliance with import regulations
  • Contact suppliers to request pricing and availability of products
  • Review and verify purchasing documents against client purchase orders (POs)
  • Liaise with logistics partners to ensure efficient movement of goods
  • Manage logistics documentation and ensure accuracy throughout the supply chain
  • Introduce and manage Good Received Notes (GRN) in the Tally system
  • Ensure all financial documents related to imports and purchases are accurate and up-to-date
  • Take responsibility for ensuring all Letter of Credit (LC) documents are in order and on track
  • Maintain organized records of all purchasing and shipping documents for audit and review

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in import, logistics, or purchasing roles
