Leasing Manager (Mall/Retail)

Lead Leasing department by setting Goals, delegating tasks, providing support, monitoring performance & resolving tenant conflicts. Develop and implement follow up strategies to help move potential tenants towards consummating a deal. Negotiate lease and sales terms. Provide transaction related services including market analysis, space tours, and financial analysis. Oversee the preparation of tenant applications and lease documentation. Manage relationships with outside brokers. Assist in developing marketing materials. Report to and update senior level personnel on deal status. Maintain regular contact with tenants.
