Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement long-term and short-term financial strategies. Serve as a financial advisor to executive management and the Board on strategic investments, product launches, pricing strategies, and expansion plans. Conduct scenario planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for new business lines and digital products. Lead the annual budgeting process and continuous forecasting cycles. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards. Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and funding requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks. Integrate AI and advanced analytics for forecasting. Support pricing strategies for FinTech products. Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams.

المؤهلات
- MBA (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
