FC Operations Manager, UAE FC Operations

Operations Managers lead managers and create operational plans to help teams meet targets. You'll lead shifts at an operational site and be the key link between finance, safety, and operations integration teams.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
- Lead operational teams on a shift
- Analyse shift performance against business objectives
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Health and Safety
- Design initiatives to improve operational performance
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
