Retail Area Manager Middle East

Responsible for the performance and operations of the Group’s boutiques within the assigned area. Ensure achievement of sales targets and operational excellence of boutiques.
المسؤوليات
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Manage, motivate, and support Boutique Managers
- Provide on-the-ground operational training
- Oversee boutique operations and visual merchandising
- Implement and monitor CRM strategies
- Manage the area budget and optimize operational costs
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar multi-store roles
- Proven background in the luxury retail sector is a must
