QA/QC Senior Officer

A senior role to ensure operational processes and customer services meet internal and regulatory standards. The officer develops quality frameworks and conducts audits of payment transactions and operational workflows.

- Develop and implement QA/QC frameworks
- Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and transactions
- Identify risks and non-compliance issues
- Prepare quality reports for management
- Support process improvement initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC within banking or payment services
