Dubai Media is looking for a Specialist - Corporate Culture who’s passionate about making work fun! In this role, you’ll help shape our employee experience by organizing creative events, activities, and initiatives that keep our workplace lively, engaging, and full of positive energy.
المسؤوليات
- Plan and coordinate fun, engaging employee events and activities
- Create internal campaigns and communication materials to promote events
- Support initiatives that boost employee morale
- Work with vendors and suppliers to bring event ideas to life
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree with preference in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in event coordination or employee engagement
