The Nippon Express Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across HR, administrative, and office management functions. You will assist the Senior Manager – Finance and HR in day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and help ensure smooth office operations.

- Support HR processes, such as leave balance inquiries and attendance tracking
- Prepare and support administrative tasks, including office equipment procurement
- Manage suppliers and coordinate services to ensure smooth office operations
- Support ISO and quality-related reporting
- Perform secretarial duties, including travel arrangements and hotel bookings
المؤهلات
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or office administration
- Proficiency in English
